Select the Terminating Events tab and enter the field values as follows:



To define when the workitem will be removed from the user's inbox, click the Call

Binding Editor icon with the two green boxes.

Save the task.

To define which users receive the workitem in their inboxes, select Additional Data >

Agent Assignment > Maintain.


