506 Ascent Xtrata Pro User's Guide
This area contains a list of all the defined keywords. A keyword can be edited by
selecting it and making the changes.
A keyword can be assigned a weight between -100 and 100. Choose a value that is
related to the relevance of the keyword.
If a keyword is unique and never can lead to a wrong result, assign 100. If the
keyword must be found in combination with other keywords or might indicate a
wrong result, use a lower weight.
Negative values can be assigned to use keywords as stop words (for example,
“credit” could be weighted at -100% since you are looking for the invoice).
The weight values for all keywords are added, and if the sum reaches at least the
minimum confidence then the result is returned for the type.
Buttons
Add
Click this button to insert a new keyword in the list of keyword. By default the
weight is set to “100” and the type is “Invoice.” Change the value by clicking the
corresponding column of the table.
Delete
Click this button to remove the currently selected keyword from the list.

map the fields to it.
