Changing the Active Desktop Productivity Profile
When you scan with the VRS Desktop Productivity features, the most recently used
profile is selected as the active profile. You can change the active profile from the VRS
Professional Scan window or from the Profile list in your email application.
You can also change it by selecting the Scan Using Profile option, which is available
from your Windows Desktop or Windows Explorer, as well as Microsoft Outlook
2003 and Outlook XP.
Windows Desktop
To change the active profile from your Windows Desktop, do one of the following:
Right-click and select Configure to open the VRS Professional Scan window,
and then select a profile from the Profiles list.
Right-click and select Scan Using Profile, and then select a profile from the list.
Windows Explorer
To change the active profile from Windows Explorer, do one of the following:
Right-click and select Configure to open the VRS Professional Scan window,
and then select a profile from the Profiles list.
Right-click and select Scan Using Profile, and then select a profile from the list.
Microsoft Outlook 2007
To change the active profile from Microsoft Outlook 2007, open a new mail message,
select the VRS Scan tab, and do one of the following:
In the message ribbon, from the Profile field, select another profile from the
list.
Click Configure to open the VRS Professional Scan window, and then change
the selection in the Profiles list.
Microsoft Outlook 2003 or Outlook XP
To change the active profile from Microsoft Outlook 2003 or Outlook XP, open a new
mail message, and do one of the following from the message toolbar:
From the Profile field, and select another profile from the list.
Click Configure to open the VRS Professional Scan window, and then change
the selection in the Profiles list.
