You can edit the thumbnails using the functions in the menu bar or toolbar.

You can also rearrange the order of the thumbnails by using the mouse to drag and

drop them.

Zoom Slider: Use the zoom slider to increase or decrease the magnification of the

thumbnail images in the viewer. Move the slider to the right to zoom in; move the

slider to the left to zoom out.

Accept / Reject: Once you are satisfied with the quality of the images in the

viewing area, click Accept to save them.

If the results in the viewing area are not acceptable to you, click Reject to discard the

images and close the Thumbnail Viewer.

VRS Thumbnail Viewer Menu Bar

The VRS Thumbnail Viewer menu bar gives you access to the File menu, Edit menu,

Scan menu, and the Help menu.

File Menu

The File menu includes options to accept or reject a document after it has scanned.

When you accept a document, it is saved either as an attachment to your email

message, or it is saved to your Windows Desktop or to a folder in Windows Explorer.

You can use the Refresh option to update the document to reflect any adjustments

applied while the document is displayed in the Thumbnail Viewer.

Accept Document: Select this option to accept the document (all pages) currently

displayed in the VRS Thumbnail Viewer.

Reject Document: Select this option to reject the document (all pages) currently

displayed in the VRS Thumbnail Viewer.

Refresh: Select this option (or select F5) to refresh the displayed document to reflect

any changes that you have applied from the VRS Thumbnail Viewer.

Edit Menu

The Edit menu includes options to delete and rotate that page that is selected in the

Thumbnail Viewer. You can also swap the front and back sides of a page. Using the
